Diane has 23 years of experience in human resources and customer service for a Fortune 100 company. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Diane understands the need for companies to use objective measures to screen candidates and develop employees, but also how the company should promote these efforts to add value to incumbents and prospective employees alike.
