and Toronto markets for the past five years. She enables clients
with their plans, designing and implementing best practices

and teamwork. Tracy is also a qualified MBTI and Birkman practitioner.
Tracy graduated with
a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Columbia
University and continued her studies in Experiential and
