Ray has
achieved his SPHR (certification as a Senior Professional in HR from
the national SHRM organization). He has a BA in Industrial Relations
from Pennsylvania State University and an AA in Liberal Arts from Lehigh
County Community College.

HR Services uses Ray's expertise in the preparation of customized training
programs and seminars. He reviews audit reports to determine an organization's
strengths and weaknesses. He participates in the process of recommending
solutions to our consulting clients. Ray is one of the leading designers
of the content of our outplacement program. He maintains his presentation
