Ray has over 20 years in successful experience in Human Resources. He has worked for small and medium sized companies in the manufacturing sector. He currently works for a Fortune 100 company in the capacity of Sr. HR Generalist covering 10 locations in two states.

Ray has achieved his SPHR (certification as a Senior Professional in HR from the national SHRM organization). He has a BA in Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University and an AA in Liberal Arts from Lehigh County Community College.

Powers HR Services uses Ray's expertise in the preparation of customized training programs and seminars. He reviews audit reports to determine an organization's strengths and weaknesses. He participates in the process of recommending solutions to our consulting clients. Ray is one of the leading designers of the content of our outplacement program. He maintains his presentation skills in his current function and can be available as a presenter.
