Updating your FMLA policy by January 16, 2009

If you have 50 or more employees within a 75mile radius, you must change your current FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) policy to reflect the changes as well as retraining your supervisors and managers. Remember that some of this policy will overlap with the new ADAAA changes.
