About Fern Powers

Fern Powers, PHR, has been a Human Resources educator and professional for over 32 years. She has had the privilege of honing her talents in all aspects of the Human Resources profession from staffing and training to structuring the gamut of HR functions. She is dedicated to making companies the “best“ compliant workplaces while contributing to a positive bottom line.

Certified by Villanova University as a Human Resources Professional, Ms. Powers has earned the title of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM. She continues to be both a Lecturer and attendee at numerous HR seminars and trainings, aware of any changes in the law as well as any new process that can be helpful to her client companies; a must in keeping up this designation.

Ms. Powers has also been trained and certified as an Authorized OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer. She has combined these tools with her undergraduate and graduate education, experience in education, guidance,  Human Resources and counseling into a unique ability to create affordable outsourced projects and resources for the small to midsized company.
