ARE YOU PREPARED?
Did you know that many Federal Government laws and regulations apply to firms with just one (1) or more employees? Many more laws and regulations are mandatory for employers with as few as 15 employees.
You may be subject to fines, penalties, audits and possible litigation if you do not adhere to the requirements of these Federal mandates.
We’ll educate you as to the regulations that apply to you, and working with you, guide and support you in achieving full compliance.
The following is a list of federal laws and the size of the firms by number of employees at which you are required to comply. This doesn’t imply that you shouldn’t train on these areas before you reach that number, you are still responsible if any complaints or suits arise. Please note that most states and local governments have additional laws that apply to your business.
